MASS INTENTIONS FOR THE LIVING AND THE DEAD

Please remember that Ss. Peter and Paul offers the option of having Masses said for both the living and the dead.  The suggested offering per Mass intention remains at $10.  As we are one of the few churches who celebrates daily Mass on a regular basis, our "wait time" for Mass intentions is quite short.  If you would like to schedule a Mass for a deceased loved one, please contact the church office via phone or by dropping a note in the collection basket.  We will do our best to accommadate special dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc.  Also, please remember that you can schedule a Mass for the intentions of the living.  If you, a friend, or a loved one is facing illness, challenges, surgery, etc., and you would like to have a Mass said, it is quite simple.  Contact the church office via phone or by dropping a note in the collection basket.  We will schedule a Mass as soon as possible.  Several Masses have been scheduled by parishioners for living family members who are not going through any hardships, but would just like to have special graces bestowed on that family through a celebrated Mass.  You may also keep your intentions private, not noting who specifically the Mass is being offered for or by whom.  As it is noted in The Pieta Prayer Book, Pope Benedict XV said ""The Holy Mass would be of grater profit if people had it offered in their lifetime, rather than having it celebrated for the relief of their souls."
