DIOCESAN PILGRIMAGE TO THE SHRINE OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION IN WASHINGTON, DC

As previously announced, Bishop Mark will sponsor a Diocesan pilgrimage to the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC on September 14, 2013, in celebration of the Year of Faith. It is Bishop Mark’s hope that every parish in the Diocese will be represented on the pilgrimage. Pilgrims are expected to arrive in Washington, DC at the Shrine at 11:00 a.m. At that point, there will be a midday prayer followed by lunch in the cafeteria and tours of the Shrine. After lunch there will be an opportunity for Reconciliation. Mass will be celebrated by Bishop Mark at 3:00 p.m. Pilgrims are expected to depart the Shrine at about 4:30 p.m. For more info, contact the church office in your parish.
