IMPROVEMENT FUND CAMPAIGN   The good news is that we have collected almost $ 9,000 towards our goal of $30,000. The bad news is that we had to pay out over $1,100 for the air conditioner and $4,500 for the sealing of the parking lot.  As always, I appreciate your generosity and support.

MEMORIAL DAY SERVICES   We will be honoring all military, both living and deceased, on Monday, Memorial Day at 8:00 A.M. followed by a graveside service at 9:30 A.M. at our Cemetery for those Veterans buried there.

FIRST FRIDAY MASS AND ADORATION will be held this Friday, June 4th at 8:00 A.M.  Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will take place immediately following and will end at 9:30 A.M.

FIRST SATURDAY MASS will be held Saturday, June 5th at 8:00 A.M.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY on June 1 to Deacon Jerry as he celebrates his 2nd Anniversary of his Ordination as a Deacon.  Thank you Deacon Jerry for all you do for our Parish.

ALTAR & ROSARY MEMORIAL DAY BASKET RAFFLE   Congratulations to Khloe Moore of Blanchard, winner of the Memorial Day Basket Raffle. Thank you to all those who purchased raffle tickets.  Our proceeds amounted to $825.00.

CATHOLIC MEN’S FELLOWSHIP will not meet this Monday, May 31st because of the Holiday, but will meet next Monday, June 7th in the Parish Hall.

MAY SHE REST IN PEACE   Please pray for the eternal repose of the soul of Deborah Schnarrs who passed away on May 22nd.  Deborah was the sister to Vickie Bordas, Allan Butterworth, Terry Butterworth and Brian Butterworth.  May she rise to new life when Jesus comes in glory and may God grant her eternal rest.

BLOOD DRIVE   The Knights of Columbus will be sponsoring an American Red Cross Community Blood Drive on Tuesday, June 15th from 1:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. in our Parish Hall.  Please call 1-800-733-2767 or visit REDCROSSBLOOD.org to schedule an appointment.

FALL FEST   Plans for our upcoming Fall Fest on October 24th are starting and all parishioners are being asked to help make this event a success.  All proceeds from the festival will be going towards our Improvement Campaign. There will be many ways you and your family will be able to help, but at the present time, we are asking that you start to think about donating a “Theme Basket” to be raffled off, lottery tickets or any kind of gift card.   Also, Altar & Rosary is looking for empty baskets that they can fill with donated items.

SCRIPTURE STUDY will be held Thursday evenings at 6:30 P.M. in the Rectory instead of the Church.
