RELIGIOUS EDUCATION CLASSES begin again this weekend for all Students.  If you have any questions, please call Jerry Craven, DRE, regarding 7th through 11th Grade or Kristen Carter, DRE, regarding 1st through 6th Grade at the Church Office.  All students are required to wear a mask and social distancing will be followed in their classrooms.  Father John will be hearing confession for all Religious Education students on Sunday, March 28th.  First Holy Communion will be on Saturday, May 1st at 4:00 P.M. and Confirmation will be held here at our parish again this year on Tuesday, May 4th at 7:00 P.M.

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS (Spring Forward) begins next weekend.  Don’t forget to turn your clocks forward on Saturday night before going to bed.    

ALTAR & ROSARY SOCIETY will meet this Tuesday, March 9th at 7:00 P.M. in the Parish Hall.  Members and those new members wishing to join are encouraged to attend.   New ideas are always welcomed.  The Rosary will be prayed at 6:30 P.M.

 “40 CANS for LENT”   The following are ongoing items needed by the Food Bank for our “40 Cans for Lent” collection:  Soups, Juices, Rice, Cereal, Flour, Sugar, Ramen-type Noodles, Cakes Mixes, Brownie Mixes, Pie Fillings, Jello, Coffee, Tea, Hamburger Helper, Tuna Helper, Macaroni & Cheese, Canned Vegetables, Mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, Ketchup, Mustard, Salad Dressings, Spices, Soda Crackers/Saltines, Powdered Hot Chocolate Mix and other Instant Drink Mixes.  Cans of food may be dropped off in the back of the Church now through Holy Thursday.  The official goal for this year has been set at 1,500 pounds and as of this past weekend 775 pounds have been donated.

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS “CHANCE OF A LIFETIME”   The Knights of Columbus will be selling $5.00 “Chance of a Lifetime” tickets to benefit the Knights of Columbus Pennsylvania State Council Scholarships.  The drawing will be on April 30th and ticket holders do not need to be present to win.  There are 16 prizes with first being $15,000.   Please check posters on bulletin boards for additional information.
