CATHOLIC MEN’S FELLOWSHIP   Since there was no meeting held last Monday due to the Holiday, the Men’s Fellowship will meet this Monday, June 7th at 7:00 P.M. in the Parish Hall.

ALTAR & ROSARY MEETING will be held this Tuesday, June 8th in the Parish Hall.  The Rosary will be prayed at 6:30 P.M. and the meeting will be held at 7:00 P.M.  All women of the Church are invited.

BLOOD DRIVE   The Knights of Columbus will be sponsoring an American Red Cross Community Blood Drive on Tuesday, June 15th from 1:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. in our Parish Hall.  Please call 1-800-733-2767 or visit to schedule an appointment.

ALTOONA CURVE BASEBALL / 3rd BASE PICNIC AREA   An evening out at the Altoona Curve (vs. Harrisburg Senators) is being planned for Sunday, August 1st at 6:00 P.M.  We have reserved the 3rd Base Picnic Area which will seat 50 people.  A sign-up sheet, to see if we have enough interest in attending this game, has been placed on the Cry Room shelf.  Cost per ticket will be $8.00.  You do not have to pay at this time, we are just looking to see if there is enough that will attend.  When we attended two years ago, a great time of fellowship and fun was had by all.  You must provide your own transportation.

FALL FEST   Plans for our upcoming Fall Fest on Sunday, October 24th are starting and all parishioners are being asked to help make this event a success.  This will be an event that will help bring the parish closer together, allows us to show our hospitality to others and to raise money for the Parish Improvement Campaign.  However, we will need help from as many parishioners as possible.  Here are some of the ways that you and your family can make this day a great success:  Donate baskets to be raffled, donate gift cards, sell raffle tickets and donate your time to help setup, cleanup or work during the day.  The festival will start at 8:30 AM and conclude at 6 PM.  Brunch will be served by Altar & Rosary from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.  Bingo will be from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM with the Theme Basket drawing taking place at 4:00 PM.  Kid’s games will at 11:30.  Dinner, served by the Knights of Columbus will be from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.  We will be having a 50/50 drawing, selling pull tabs and have other games of chance.  Please mark you calendars now for a day of fun and fellowship.
