THE STRAW AROUND THE HOLY FAMILY STATUE has been blessed by Fr. John and tradition is to take a few pieces with you and place in your car to protect you with safe travel during the coming year. Small bags of straw have been placed in a basket, please take these first before removing the straw from around the nativity.

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION CLASS Due to Covid-19 there will be no Religious Education Classes until the end of February. Students in Grades 10th & 11th are being asked to help undecorate the Church on Sunday, January 10th following the 10:00 A.M. Mass as part of their service project for this year. Students are to meet at the front of the Church near the votive candles.  All students must wear masks.

PARISH APPRECIATION LUNCHEON will NOT be held in January because of COVID-19.  Hopefully, we will be able to have our luncheon in 2022.  We will have gifts to hand out in lieu of the luncheon.

FATHER’S TALK ON CHURCH HISTORY   Father will talk on Church History in lieu of his Homily.  A copy of his talk will be available after Mass and on our website.

FAMILY RITUAL   Does your New Year’s resolution include coming closer to God?  As we continue through the uncertainty of our times, it is our priority as Christians to encounter Him more deeply.  Consider doing spiritual reading, alone or as a family, to learn more about your faith.  Schedule in daily prayer times and consider ways you can love and serve others better this year.
