BLOOD DRIVE – FEBRUARY 16th   The Knights of Columbus will be holding a Blood Drive on February 16th from 1:00 to 6:30 P.M. in our Parish Hall.  Sign-ups are now being offered online at redcrossblood.org. or by calling 1-800-733-2767.

“40 CANS for LENT”   Beginning on Ash Wednesday, February 17th our Knights of Columbus Council will be holding their “40 Cans for Lent” again this year and are inviting our parishioners to join in on the project. The official goal for this year has been set at 1,000 pounds but with the hopes of breaking last year’s collection total of 1,237 pounds of donated food.  It is an opportunity to make a small sacrifice and turn it into a big difference in the lives of others.  Parishioners who wish to participate are requested to contribute at least one can of non-perishable food for each of the 40 days of Lent.  A “can” of food may be any commercially sealed food product which is typically donated to the food pantry.  Cans of food for this drive may be dropped off in the back of the Church beginning on Ash Wednesday through Holy Thursday.  The “40 Cans” program simply represents an opportunity to offer a heightened level of commitment to almsgiving and sacrifice during the 40 days of Lent.

ASH WEDNESDAY SERVICES – February 17th    Masses will be held at 8:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. with the distribution of Ashes.  A Prayer Service and the distribution of Ashes only will be held at noon.

STATIONS OF THE CROSS & ADORATION will be celebrated Friday evenings during Lent beginning on Friday, February 19th at 7:00 P.M.
