BLOOD DRIVE   The Knights of Columbus will be sponsoring a Blood Drive this Tuesday, December 15th from 1:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M.  To register for the Blood Drive, please call 1-800-733-2767 or visit REDCROSSBLOOD.org.   There is no sign-up sheet in the back of the Church, they prefer you register on line or by calling the Red Cross.  Due to the Blood Drive, the Knights will not have their monthly meeting Tuesday evening.

YMCA GIVING TREE For Parishioners who took tags off of the “Giving Tree”, wrapped package(s) are due back to the Church this weekend, for distribution to the YMCA.  Please remember to mark both the NAME and NUMBER from the tags on each gift that is donated to ensure accurate distribution of the gifts.  Also, please include the tag from the tree.  Thank you.                       

LECTORS & EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS are needed for the Christmas Masses.  A sign-up sheet has been placed on the Cry Room shelf if you are able to help.

CHRISTMAS WEEK SCHEDULE

      Thursday, Christmas Eve, December 24th              Masses 4:00, 6:00 and 8:00 P.M

       Friday, Christmas Day, December 25th                   Masses 8:00 and 10:00 A.M.

Christmas Day Masses are usually less crowded, if parishioners are able to attend at this time it would be greatly appreciated.  At the present time, we will not have a sign-up sheet for attending any of the Masses but everyone attending is asked to please wear a mask. 

PENANCE SERVICE will be held this Thursday, December 17th at 7:00 P.M.  The service will be different this year in that only Confessions will be heard.  Fr. John will have several Priests here to help hear confessions.   There will be no Scripture Study.

OPLATKI IS AVAILABLE for Parishioners during the Advent Season for a donation of $2.00 per packet.  Please place your donation(s) in the basket beside the Oplatki box.  The Oplatki is located on the table below the Stations of the Cross. 

FIRST CONFESSIONS will be heard by Fr. John for our Second Grade Religious Education Class next Sunday, December 20th during regular CCD Class.  All parents are encouraged to attend.  Fr. John will also be hearing confessions on the 20th for the other Sunday Morning and Sunday Evening Classes.  

SUNDAY MORNING CCD STUDENTS in 10th and 11th Grade are asked to meet at the front of the Church following the 10:00 A.M. Mass on Sunday, December 20th to participate in their mandatory group service project of decorating the Church for Christmas.  Students must wear masks. 

ADULT VOLUNTEERS FOR CHURCH DECORATING are being asked to please come to the Church around 11:15 A.M. on Sunday, December 20th to assist in decorating the Church after the CCD students have brought all the decorations into the Church.   Please wear a mask.

PARISH APPRECIATION LUNCHEON will NOT be held in January because of COVID-19.  Hopefully, we will be able to have our luncheon in 2022.  We will have gifts to hand out in lieu of the luncheon.
