MAY CROWNING   The May Crowning of Mary will feature our First Grade Religious Education students next Sunday, May 2nd at the 10:00 A.M. Mass.  Parents are asked to please have your child at the Church by 9:30 A.M.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION CLASS will be celebrating the Rite of Blessing at the 10:00 A.M. Mass this Sunday and will be receiving their First Holy Communion next Saturday, May 1st at the 4:00 P.M. Mass. 

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION CLASSES   The final classes for this year’s Religious Education students will be this Sunday for both Sunday Morning and Sunday Evening Classes.  Parents of the Evening students are reminded to please return the questionnaire you received along with your registration forms for next year.  Kristen Carter, DRE, will be at the entrance to the Parish Hall to answer any questions and collect your forms.  If you have a child who will be in First Grade next year, you are invited to come and register them.  Second Grade students will be having their retreat with Fr. John during this class and a parent is asked to attend with their student. 

RITE OF SENDING for our 11th Grade Confirmation Class will be held next Sunday, May 2nd at the 10:00 A.M. Mass.  After Father’s homily they will be introduced to the congregation and will come forward with their sponsor to receive the Blessing. 

FIRST SATURDAY MASS will be celebrated Saturday, May 1st at 8:00 A.M.

FAITH FORMATION will now be held weekly and will be combined with Scripture Study on Thursday evenings at 6:30 P.M.

PARISH COUNCIL will meet Wednesday, April 27th at 6:00 P.M. in the Rectory.

FINANCE COMMITTEE will meet Wednesday, April 27th at 7:00 P.M. in the Rectory.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS / FALL FEST is being scheduled for this year on October 24th.   It will be held like it was in 2019 with a Brunch Buffet, Theme Baskets, Raffle Tickets, Rip-Off’s and Casino Games.  Watch the bulletin for further details.

HOMEBOUND PARISHIONERS   If you know of any parishioner who is homebound, in a nursing home or personal care home and would like to receive a weekly Church Bulletin in the mail, please contact the Church Office.

ALTAR & ROSARY MEMORIAL DAY BASKET RAFFLE   The Altar & Rosary Society will be selling tickets for a Memorial Day Basket Raffle after all Masses from May 2nd through May 23rd.  The drawing will take place after the 10:00 A.M. Mass on May 23rd.   The basket will contain everything needed for a Memorial Day picnic and there will also be a $25 Gift Card included with the basket to purchase your meats, rolls, etc.  Tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. 

COAL SWEEPSTAKES   For those who bought PA Knights of Columbus COAL tickets, the Drawing will be at 8:00 PM on April 30th at the Mater Dei Council Home.  If you would like to watch the drawing on the ZOOM platform the link is:
